My client is a Legal 500-rated regional heavyweight which is highly-regarded by various legal publications for the quality of its service to both commercial and private clients alike, and which has undergone an extensive period of growth over the last few years which shows no sign of slowing down.
As part of this ongoing growth the firm is keen to recruit an experienced employment partner/designate to spearhead its offering within the Birmingham market. You will be a highly capable employment law specialist with a strong respondent-weighted background and who has previous experience of advising on a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters, ranging from defending discrimination and wrongful dismissal claims through to TUPE, corporate support and restructuring consultations.
The firm has a strong corporate offering and commercial client base, as well as a highly-regarded employment function across its offices, so you will be able to leverage work from existing sources as well as integrating your own clients and contacts to assist with the growth of the Birmingham offering.
