Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (A-level), fostering critical thinking and data analysis skills.
* Foster a stimulating and inquiry-based learning environment for understanding contemporary global issues and sustainable development.
* Prepare students effectively for GCSE and A-level Geography examinations, with a strong emphasis on fieldwork and real-world application.
* Assess and monitor student progress in Geography, providing clear and constructive feedback to support their understanding and analytical skills.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.
* Demonstrated experience teaching Geography Teacher lessons effectively across the secondary age range, with a track record of strong student outcomes.
* A deep and current understanding of the Geography curriculum and a commitment to innovative teaching methods, including fieldwork.
* Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire a love of geographical inquiry.
