About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced senior leader to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. Working closely with the owners, you will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and maximise commercial performance. You will be empowered to modernise processes, strengthen client relationships, and develop new revenue streams to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction across all business functions
- Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term commercial vision
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high service standards across HVAC and FM contracts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships across an established client base
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team
- Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Maintain full P&L responsibility and deliver sustained revenue growth
About You
We are seeking a commercially focused, ambitious leader with strong operational and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of growing businesses, ideally within HVAC, facilities management, engineering services, or related sectors
- Experience managing P&L and delivering strategic commercial outcomes
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in an SME environment
