The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday each week and the opportunity to work overtime when available which is paid at an increased rate and a chance of becoming permanent after a 12 weeks trial period. Pay Rate & Hours:

• £12.48 all standard hours
• £18.72 after 8 hours worked each day
• £18.72 per hour for weekends and Bank Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 till 16:30

Responsibilities of the Production Operative:

• Working in a small team
• Working on a production line
• Manufacturing metal waste bins
• Assembling wheels and lids onto bins
• Quality control and checking bins
• No experience is necessary as full training will be provided

Requirements of the Production Operative:

• Attention to detail
• Good numeracy skills
• Good accuracy and organizational skills
• Ability to work to target
