Team Manager - Assessment & Intervention

Pay: up to £47.50p/hr

Location: South Devon

NonStop's client, based in the Southwest, is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their Duty and Assessment team on a locum basis.

Lead and support a team delivering high-quality safeguarding services.
Quality assure practice and manage staff performance and development.
Model a restorative approach in work with children, families, and partners.
Oversee safeguarding and court work to ensure effective case management.Requirements:

Registered with Social Work England
A driver
3 years permanent experience within the local authority as per DFE
Experienced as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work
