Seasonal Responsibilities: Consumer Verification -
Outbound and inbound telephone calls verifying parcel delivery information
Confirmation of names, addresses, delivery details, and contact numbers
GDPR-compliant data validation procedures - CRM and Microsoft Office data entry and updates
Logging of call outcomes, escalations, and corrections
Professional customer service under peak call volumes
Identification and reporting of data inaccuracies or risk flags
Meeting accuracy and performance throughput targets
Maintenance of call quality and compliance standardsProfile

A successful Telesales & Data Verification Representative should have:

Excellent verbal communication skills
Professional, engaging telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy focus
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
English fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese conversational proficiency required also.
