Year 4 Teacher - Full Time - Summer Term - Southampton

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a well-regarded primary school in Southampton, currently seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to take on a full-time Year 4 teaching role starting after the Easter break and continuing throughout the summer term.

The school, which has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted, prides itself on its supportive leadership team, positive learning environment, and strong focus on pupil achievement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident teacher who is able to take on full classroom responsibilities and provide consistency for pupils during the summer term.

The role:

Full-time Year 4 class teacher

Starting after Easter, continuing until the end of the academic year

Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, assessment, and reporting

Delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum

Supporting pupils' academic progress and wellbeing

The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally within Year 4

Be confident managing the full responsibilities of a class teacher

Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills

Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
