Your new company
Working for a large established business in Sheffield, my client is looking for a Strong Administrator with excellent customer service skills working within a complaints department.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a workload for an inbox. taking the information for complaints and chasing the internal teams to gather the information working to a time frame to provide an answer to the query.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent written communication skills and be resilient in chasing down the information needed to answer the query/complaint

You will be able to multi task on multiple queries whilst keeping to your KPIs

You will have a high attention to detail

Be a strong relationship builder

What you'll get in return

40 hour week
