Team Leader

Salary: £14.77 + £1 per hour increment rising the salary to £29,331.46 per annum

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Hours: Full-time time-days

As Team Leader, you’ll support and guide a team of dedicated support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, care that helps individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding rehabilitation-focused care.
• Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and safeguarding standards.
• Act as a role model and provide mentorship and hands-on training.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to care reviews, audits, and continuous service improvement.

Team Leader Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards).
