Contract: Fixed-term until September

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 9:00am

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join my clients team in Pontypridd on a fixed-term basis. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for maintaining high standards, and the ability to support a busy cleaning team, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Supervising and supporting a team of cleaning operatives
Ensuring all cleaning duties meet company and client standards
Carrying out daily quality checks and reporting any issues
Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
Training and guiding new team members

🔹 About You

Previous cleaning or supervisory experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Reliable and comfortable with early-morning shifts
A proactive and positive approach
