For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £35,000.

Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of workOur Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.

To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
