We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Worker to join our team for ongoing projects in the Enfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable work with competitive rates.

Pay Rates:

The pay range for the role is 22.50 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £19.18per hour, inclusive of holiday.Location: Enfield, North London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Role Overview:

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for a range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Basic plastering and tiling
Painting and decorating
General property maintenanceRequirements:

Proven experience in multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Own tools and PPE
