We are Rework. A specialist recruitment squad working in the white-collar construction sector.

We have knocked the traditional 360 model on the head and created a blueprint to make recruitment better. Recruitment Reworked.

As part of this growth/development, we are looking for a Networker.

Our Networking division is the engine room of the business. A hive of activity. Using a variety of platforms, our Networkers take responsibility for creating efficient systems, procedures and talent pools that ultimately allow us to quickly identify the best active and passive candidates to fulfil the needs of our clients.

After a 3-6 month training and learning period, Networkers will become subject-matter experts in a specific discipline within the construction sector rather than working generically across all disciplines. In the medium to long term, each Networker will become a respected thought leader and trusted advisor to candidates working in their niche.

Working closely with our Account Managers, you will be able to revert to your network of professionals and help to fulfil recruitment assignments on behalf of our clients.

This role is open to people from all walks of life, and we encourage those with or without recruitment experience to throw their hats in the ring.
