· Cox communications/Spectrum background do well in the environment
· 25-35 calls a day. 9 minutes per call
· Working the Advisor
· Products they will handle: Client Works, Email, navigate and train ClientWorks.
· 2 ½ week training on ClientWorks
· Shadow other folks on the team
· Open to candidates fresh out of college - hungry. Possible move up.
o Technical degree
· Comfortable in a call center environment.
