Monday to Friday 07:30 - 15:30 (flexible for the right person)

Key Responsibilities

* Analyse HR data (absence, turnover, succession) to identify trends and support improvement initiatives.

* Advise managers and employees on HR policy and UK employment law, with support from external HR consultants.

* Support employee relations and confidently managing cases.

* Coordinate training, development and compliance.

* Manage end-to-end HR administration: contracts, inductions, letters, job descriptions and exit interviews.

* Maintain internal communication channels such as noticeboards and company announcements.

* Oversee attendance processes and escalate issues when required.

* Conduct HR compliance audits (right to work, DVLA, GDPR).

* Act as Breathe HR system administrator and support system improvements.

* Support recruitment processes including adverts, interview packs and first-stage interviews.

* Build strong working relationships across all levels.

* Maintain CPD through CIPD events and legal updates.

About You

* Minimum 2 years' experience as an HR Advisor.

* CIPD Level 5 qualified.

* Strong knowledge of HR practice and UK employment law.

* Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.

* Strong communicator, confident influencing at all levels.

* Advanced IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

* Logical, solutions-focused, resilient, and able to handle complex situations.
