Quantity Surveyor - London

SSA are currently working with a leading London building services contractor specialising in Design and Installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems for large-scale residential projects. Due to expansion in the London team, we're actively looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects

* Administer contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

* Monitor project progress and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders

* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or consultancy

* Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts (JCT, NEC)

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

* Effective communication skills to engage with clients, contractors, and colleagues
