Warehouse Team Leader - Doncaster DN9 - £29.5 - 30k plus bonus of up to 10% salary

A day only position for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader. Working in a fast-paced, production environment, this role plays a vital part in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a positive working environment.

Warehouse Team Leader duties:

Moving stock around, using lifting gear where needed; regular lifting/manual handling.

Checking deliveries against the delivery note, accurately recording damaged or missing items

Safely storing goods in the warehouse

Ensuring accurate assembly and branding of all orders, leading a team that use both Heat Press and Embroidery programmed machines.

Oversee and support the day-to-day activities of branding operatives, ensuring adherence

to operational and safety guidelines.

Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments to resolve any

Issues and prioritise workloads, allocating resources based on departmental needs and adjusting as required.

Monitor and help achieve team productivity goals, with a target of 800-1,000 items branded

per day and support the completion of a full weekly clean down of the branding area.

Accuracy & attention to detail is essential, as well as this, the Warehouse Team Leader will need:

To demonstrate strong leadership, organisational and communication skills to lead a high performing team, support key business objectives and maintain a clean, safe and productive work environment.

Good attention to detail, numeracy and IT skills

Ideally a Counterbalance or Reach FLT license

As well as a salary of £29.5-30k plus a bonus of up to 10% of salary paid quarterly, the Warehouse Team Leader can expect

29 days holiday increasing to 33 in 5 years

7.30am-4.30pm Mon - Thurs and 7.30am to 4.00pm on Friday
