Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:

*

Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller

*

Confident with either Mazatrol, Siemens, or Fanuc control systems

*

Experience setting, operating, and editing multi-axis CNC machines

*

Previously machined complex parts for precision industries, including Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas, Medical, etc

*

Experience working with small to medium batch sizes and medium to large-sized components

*

Experience with machining to tight tolerances

*

Confident using manual measuring equipment

Your responsibilities include:

*

Setting and operating Milling, depending on experience using Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Siemens controls

*

Machining medium to large-sized, complex components in smaller batch sizes

*

Performing multiple setups per day to produce components for various precision engineering sectors

*

Self-inspecting components using manual measuring equipment to ensure you have achieved customer/industry standards

*

Intermittent machine maintenance
