Are you looking for a rewarding and varied role where every day brings something new? Do you want to make a real difference in children's lives and leave work each day feeling fulfilled? If that sounds like you, keep reading!

A friendly and welcoming two-form entry primary school in Allerton (L18) is looking for an experienced HLTA to join their team from September 2025. The role will start on a temporary basis for the academic year, with a strong chance of becoming permanent.

You'll be covering PPA and staff absences across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, so experience in both stages is a big plus. The school, rated Good by Ofsted, is known in the local community for its inclusive atmosphere, strong values, and clear sense of direction. They're looking for someone whose approach to teaching reflects these values.

The school supports a higher-than-average number of disadvantaged pupils, so experience working with children with SEND would be especially beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HLTA (or equivalent) or an ECT looking to build experience across the primary range before stepping into a full-time teaching role.
