BIM Coordinator

Location: Holborn, Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Technician to join a creative, growing design studio delivering ambitious work across the UK and internationally. With projects spanning urban experience, exhibition, cultural, retail and hospitality spaces, this is a role for someone who wants to work on design-led projects that stand out.

This role would be ideal for an experienced BIM Coordinator, Senior BIM Technician or Senior BIM Modeller with experience in Architecture or Interior design projects.

Office: Holborn, Central London
Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Duties:

* Coordinate BIM deliverables across multiple live projects

* Manage model data, drawing outputs and project information

* Track BIM scope, deliverables and key milestones

* Support clear communication across internal and external teams

* Maintain and improve Revit standards, content and workflows

* Troubleshoot technical BIM and Revit issues while supporting project teams

Requirements:

* Degree Qualified in BIM, Architecture or a similar field

* 3+ years' experience in a BIM Coordinator or senior BIM modelling role

* Strong experience establishing & maintaining BIM standards and processes on complex projects

* Advanced Revit skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving

* Working knowledge of Navisworks, Enscape and Autodesk Construction Cloud

* Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach

Desirable:

* Understanding of client BIM requirements such as EIR and AIR

* Familiarity with BIM documentation including BEP and RM

* Knowledge of Dynamo and the Revit API

* Passion for BIM innovation and mentoring others
