Clinic Director - Specialist Private Dental PracticeLocation: Central LondonHours: Full-time, Monday to FridaySalary: £50,000 - £55,000We're looking for a dynamic and highly organised Clinic & Product Director to lead the daily operations of our award-winning Harley Street clinic and oversee the continued growth of our oral wellness product line. This is a pivotal leadership role with a balance of strategic, operational, and people-focused responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee clinic operations, diary management, and front-of-house excellence* Lead the Patient Experience (admin), nursing and wider team to deliver exceptional service standards* Manage new and existing patient journeys, referrer relationships, and clinic KPIs* Act as the main point of contact for internal team queries and external partners* Direct product-related activities including retail outreach, training, and growth planning* Support content and brand alignment in collaboration with our Brand & Growth Executive* Manage press, PR, awards applications, and high-profile visitor experiences* Lead team onboarding, training, uniform standards and regular brand refresh sessions* Drive forward clinic eventsIdeal Candidate:* Strong background in high-end clinic operations or premium service environments* Exceptional people skills and attention to detail* Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously* Confident communicator with a proactive and strategic mindset
