Property Managers major areas of responsibility include:
- Maintain compliance with approved operating budgets.
- Maintain compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
- Provide effective marketing and communications, including advising management of pertinent issues related to the community, market, etc.
- Plan, promote, and implement effective Resident Retention program
Minimum requirements include:
High School Diploma/GED with two years demonstrated success as an assistant property manager or property manager.
Must have a reliable vehicle to perform various management tasks.
Must have proof of insurance and valid driver’s license in state of residence. Must be bondable
