We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join a Nursing Home in Dublin. 

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMBI registration.

• At least 2 years of experience in a nursing home setting.

• Experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager (desirable).

• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing nursing staff.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.

• Excellent organizational and decision-making capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.

• Right to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 or EU Citizenship).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care.

• Develop and oversee individualised care plans in line with best practice standards.

• Manage clinical resources, staffing and budgets effectively.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Foster strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and address patient or family concerns professionally.
