Pensions Adviser – Remote / Field-Based

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Location: Remote (UK-based), ideally Midlands/North due to client patch

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Travel: Approx. 6 days/month during peak periods

We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Pensions Adviser to join a growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical pensions knowledge and a desire to work directly with clients, guiding them through key financial decisions and helping them get the best from their pension arrangements.

The Opportunity

• Provide bespoke, regulated pensions advice to both new and existing scheme members
• Deliver group pension transfer advice when required
• Create and present engaging pension workshops/presentations (onsite or remotely)
• Support and advise members to make informed financial decisions
• Maintain CPD, compliance and technical knowledge at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and stakeholders to maximise client engagement
• Contribute to team targets and business projects where appropriate

About You

• Diploma qualified (Level 4 or equivalent)
• Excellent knowledge of Pensions
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills – confident leading client meetings
• Comfortable with regular travel when required – Full driving licence
• High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and strong organisational skills
• Enthusiastic, accurate, and client-focused
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases) experience
