We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator or an ECT looking to make a meaningful impact on students' academic progress and understanding of the world. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive humanities department, with access to excellent resources and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Adapt lessons to support students of varying abilities and learning needs

Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to aid development

Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive learning environment

Participate in departmental planning, training sessions, and wider school life

Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities related to Geography

Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas qualification

Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Geography

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate students

Committed to high standards of teaching and continuous improvement

Organised, reflective, and enthusiastic
