The Role

As an HLTA, you will:
• Lead whole-class sessions across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in the absence of a teacher
• Deliver targeted interventions and booster groups to support learning outcomes
• Work alongside teachers to plan and prepare engaging and differentiated learning activities
• Support children with varying needs, helping to create a nurturing, stimulating learning environment
• Be a key figure in supporting behaviour, progress tracking, and the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum

About You

We're looking for someone who:
• Holds HLTA status or equivalent UK-recognised qualification
• Has proven experience supporting and leading learning in primary settings
• Is confident managing classes independently and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Brings energy, reliability, and a passion for making a difference
