What You'll Do

• Provide emotional and practical support in line with personalised care plans
• Encourage and empower individuals to achieve personal goals
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication administration)
• Support people to take part in meaningful activities and community events
• Build positive relationships and promote independence
• Work as part of a supportive, person-centred team
• Monitor wellbeing and keep accurate care records

What You'll Bring

• A kind, compassionate, and patient approach
• Minimum 6 months of UK-based care or support work experience
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Manual handling training (essential)
• Medication administration training (desirable)
• A driving licence is desirable, but not essential
