Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturing company in Cypress to help identify multiple experienced Customer Service Representatives for immediate hire.
In this role you will work in an inbound call center environment answering up to 40 calls per day. You will assist callers with questions or concerns regarding their vehicles, warranty related questions; vehicle features/concern issues, and sales issues; verify and update customer information and inbound calls accurately into the customer database; create and assign cases to other departments for resolution; respond to customer email communications and correspondence.
We are looking for candidates with 1 - 2 years of call center or customer service experience. Must have strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
These positions will entail working 35 hours per week, sometimes up to 40 hours. Hours can range anytime M-F from 7am - 4pm. Pay rate is $15/hr. You will receive a 0.25 increase every 6 months based on performance/attendance, up to a max of $17/hr. Positions are long term indefinite temp positions offering great exposure to a top auto manufacturer.
