Geography Teacher - Maternity Cover
Full academic year from September 2025 | Blackpool

Vision for Education are working on behalf of a secondary school in Blackpool to recruit a dedicated Geography Teacher to cover a maternity absence starting September 2025. This is a full-time role for the full academic year, offering the opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a real impact on learners' educational journeys.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-planned Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be expected to plan, prepare, and assess work, as well as contribute to wider departmental activities. You should be able to inspire students of all abilities and ensure strong progress within the subject. The ability to establish positive working relationships with students, colleagues, and parents is essential. Applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome.
