Role: Mechanically-Biased Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Mon-Fri, Double Days

Salary: £40,000-£45,000, dependent upon experience

Location: Basildon

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer for this company, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Mechanical fault finding
Working on conveyor systems, saws, robots, dying ovens etc.
Confidently performing reactive and planned maintenance
Test and replace mechanical components such as bearings, belts, rollers, sprockets etc.
Fault find electrically with a multimeter etc.
Previous COSHH experience is beneficial, though not essential
About You

The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have the following:

A relevant mechanical and/or electrical qualification
Experience with working as part of a team
A sound understanding of key mechanical components
