Seeking an experienced Pega Architect to design, develop, and implement Pega-based solutions within the banking and financial services domain. The role involves driving digital transformation, automating workflows, and ensuring scalable, compliant architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deliver Pega PRPC solutions for banking processes (customer onboarding, lending, payments, compliance).

Define application frameworks, integration patterns, and reusable components.

Collaborate with business and technology teams to align solutions with banking requirements.

Ensure adherence to governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Mentor development teams on Pega best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience as Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) / Pega Certified.

*

Hands-on in workflow automation, case management, and BPM solutions.

*

Experience in banking processes such as KYC, lending, payments, or regulatory compliance.

*

Knowledge of integration with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.

*

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
