Location: Nottingham, NG12
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (42.5 hours per week over 4 days)
Shift Pattern: Between 7:30am - 6:00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Class Mate is proud to be recruiting for a well-established and nurturing nursery in the NG12 area, seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role offers a rare 4-day working week while maintaining full-time hours, ideal for practitioners looking for a strong work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating a safe, stimulating and caring environment for children aged 0-5

*

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS

*

Observing, tracking and recording children's development and progress

*

Building strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers and team members

*

Maintaining excellent safeguarding and health & safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

*

A warm, proactive and professional approach to childcare

*

Confident with EYFS delivery, observations, and child development

*

A team player with a passion for helping children thrive
