Manchester City Centre - Office Based

Permanent

Monday-Friday - 35 Hours per week

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the leading providers of repair services in the North West. We aim to provide an efficient and transparent customer experience for all clients throughout their journey regardless of complexity or challenge.

As a rapidly growing business we are now expanding our team and are looking to recruit an experienced Repair Supply Handler to join the department based in our Central Manchester office.

Customer Service Advisor duties:

  • Review claims in accordance with vehicle repair progression to help manage repair times and ensure unnecessary delays are minimised.
  • Ensure key data is populated into the relevant fields within the CMS.
  • Liaise consistently with various suppliers throughout the repair related supply chain, namely but not limited to, repairers, engineers, roadside recovery agents, and salvage agents in order to guarantee a smooth process and ensure SLAs are adhered to.
  • Create and maintain effective professional relationships with referrers and supply partners negotiating confidently and finding mutually agreeable solutions when required.
  • Ensure all tasks and communications are diarised and followed up to conclusion.
  • Act with integrity and professionalism, maintaining company values and standards at all times.
  • Ensure that adherence to all company policies are followed which range from DPA, treating customers fairly, GDPR and FCA regulations.
  • Undertake any duties reasonably necessary as directed by your line manager.
  • Be proficient with MS Excel
  • Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high level of attention to detail.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels where required and work cohesively together to achieve the Company goals.
  • Be able to maintain high standards of work when under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Keep up to date with all legislation and regulatory changes.
  • Accustomed to a target driven environment preferred
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to be proactive in the management of their duties is a key component to success in this role
  • Previous administration experience advantageous
