We are seeking a compassionate and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support to a secondary school student with SEN in Stourbridge. • One-to-one support as a teaching assistant allowing you to build a strong relationship with the student

• Opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers and SEN specialists in a secondary school in Stourbridge

• Ongoing training and professional development in SEN support

• Flexible hours available (full-time or part-time)

• Providing individualised academic and emotional support tailored to the student's specific needs

• Assisting with communication, behaviour management, and social skills development

• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and families to implement personalised learning plans

• Encouraging independence and confidence to help the student reach their full potential

• Experience working 1:1 as a teaching assistant with children or young people with SEN in a secondary school setting in Stourbridge

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting SEN learners

• Ability to remain calm, flexible, and responsive to the student's changing needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Based in or able to travel to Stourbridge
