A high-achieving and inclusive secondary school in Westminster is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026 through to July 2026.

About the Role:

As an SEN TA, you will play a key role in helping students with additional learning needs thrive by:* Supporting students with SEND in and out of the classroom* Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions* Assisting teachers with behaviour, engagement, and differentiation* Helping build students' confidence, independence, and social skills* Supporting literacy, numeracy, and general academic progress

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children or young people* Understanding of SEN, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or SEMH* Calm, patient, and adaptable approach* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education

Requirements:

• Degree-level qualification* Enhanced DBS Disclosure* Professional references covering the past 10 years (where possible)* Legal right to work in the UK
