Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service). You will be a high-level sales professional responsible for selling cloud-based contact centre solutions to all businesses across the south of England. Reporting in to the Product Director the Senior Sales consultant will be responsible for creating and converting a stable and sustainable sales pipeline. Here's an overview of the role

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target prospective customers in various industries that would benefit from a CCaaS solution.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base as well as working with the Account Management team to cross sell into the existing customer base

Solution Selling

· Understand the customer's pain points and business needs and tailor CCaaS solutions to meet those needs.

· Demonstrate the features and benefits of the CCaaS platform, including scalability, integration with existing systems, and improvements in customer experience.

Customer Engagement

· Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Customer Service).

· Present personalised demos and proposals, focusing on how the CCaaS product will address specific business challenges.

Sales Cycle Management

· Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and account management.

· Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of the solution.

Market Analysis & Competitor Awareness

· Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to provide customers with the most relevant and cutting-edge solutions

Skills Required

· Strong technical understanding and experience in the CCaaS, Cloud Voice and Connectivity industry sectors.

· Commercially minded and proven experience working with marketing and sales teams.

· Minimum 5 years' experience with CCaaS Vendor or provider.

· Results driven with a proven track record of managing and closing sales and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding of the Contact Centre space, and appreciation of all other core Telecom product pillars.

· Knowledge of incentive payments, upsell revenue streams, and co-op / MDF claims.

· Strong communication skills to relay partner announcements and program updates.

· Flexible ad willing to travel within the UK.

Key Measures of Success

· Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the business.

· Increase in revenue and GP through new customer growth.

· Helping the team increase market share.

· High lead generation against conversion rate.
