Role Summary:You’ll be inheriting a solid book of business, while focusing your energy on developing new relationships and growing your portfolio. This role suits someone looking for long-term progression, autonomy in their working week, and the backing of a respected name. You'll spend most of your time out meeting clients with just one day a week in the Bristol office and be supported by a technical and operations team that wants you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an inherited book: Maintain strong relationships and ensure high retention
• Drive new business: Build your own pipeline and identify growth opportunities
• Meet clients in person: Build long-term relationships through face-to-face interaction

• Proven experience in commercial insurance broking
• Strong new business generation mindset
• Confidently building and maintaining face-to-face client relationships
