Imperium Financial Recruitment are working on behalf of a major firm of accountants based in Manchester who are seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their expanding restructuring and insolvency team.

You will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure, working closely with Insolvency Practitioners and senior staff to ensure cases are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

• Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Liquidations
• Preparing statutory documentation and case reports
• Liaising with creditors, directors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
• Assisting with asset realisations and investigations
• Supporting case progression from pre-appointment through to closure
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation
• Drafting correspondence and reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Previous experience working within corporate insolvency administration
• Strong understanding of insolvency procedures and legislation
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using IPS, Virtual Cabinet, or similar insolvency software is desirable
