Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for customer service and international trade? We’re working with a well-established freight forwarding and logistics company that’s expanding its Freight operations. They’re looking for someone to join their dynamic team and play a key role in managing pricing, quotations, and transport arrangements.

About the Role:

As a Shipping Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin between customers, carriers, and internal teams. Your focus will be on:

• Preparing accurate quotations for new and existing clients
• Managing pricing structures and ensuring competitive, profitable rates
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Coordinating transport and logistics for inbound shipments
• Liaising with overseas agents, hauliers, and customs teams
• Ensuring compliance with import regulations and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in working in Logistics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, ASM, or similar)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
