Requirements for Learning Support Assistant:

Enchaned DBS Check required
Possesses a friendly demeanour and is a dedicated team player.
Capable of managing 1:1 student interaction, 2:1 situation, and effectively handling challenging behaviour.
Finds enjoyment in working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Demonstrates the ability to establish positive working relationships.
