As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in meeting daily production targets by operating machinery, monitoring product quality, and ensuring the smooth running of your workstation. You'll be working in a modern, clean, and well-organised factory environment.

What the role involves:

Working on the production line to assemble and process products

Following production plans and hitting daily targets

Carrying out basic quality checks on products

Reporting issues to team leaders or supervisors

Keeping your work area clean and organised

Supporting your team to ensure smooth production flow

What we are looking for:

Reliable and punctual - you turn up every day and on time

Target-driven and fast-working - able to meet daily targets and keep up with pace

Hardworking and proactive - ready to support your team and learn new skills

Physically fit - the role involves being on your feet, moving, and handling products throughout the shift

Able to work rotating shifts

Good English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)

Shift Pattern:

You will work a rotating double day shift (37.5 hours per week):

Week 1: Monday to Thursday 05:45-13:45 (lunch 10:30-10:50) Friday 05:45-12:55 (lunch 10:30-10:50)

Week 2: Monday to Thursday 14:00-22:00 (lunch 18:00-18:20) Friday 13:10-20:20 (lunch 17:00-17:20)
