Location: Tower Hamlets - Near Bow Station
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term or Permanent
Salary: £85 - £105 per day (depending on experience)

A vibrant and inclusive primary school located a short walk from Bow Station in Tower Hamlets is seeking a nurturing and proactive Early Years Practitioner to join their EYFS team from September 2025. The school is proud of its supportive ethos and its commitment to early childhood development.

About the Early Years Practitioner role:

Work in a well-resourced Nursery or Reception classroom alongside experienced staff

Support pupils with a range of early developmental needs through play-based and structured learning

Help deliver the EYFS curriculum and track progress against early learning goals

Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to support each child's growth

Contribute to a positive and stimulating learning environment

What we're looking for:

A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) - essential

Recent experience working in an Early Years setting

Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development milestones

A calm, patient and engaging approach with a genuine passion for working with young children

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
