Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young adults? We are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in Chester.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults in a residential setting

Supporting individuals with their daily routines, including personal care

Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

Encouraging independence, building confidence, and promoting emotional wellbeing

Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children and young adults is advantageous, but not essential - we provide full training

A caring, patient, and resilient nature

A team player who is reliable and willing to go the extra mile

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the individuals in our care
