You'll be the go-to person for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and developers, ensuring the process is transparent, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. If you love problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering standout service, this is where you'll thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales from memorandum of sale through to exchange and completion, keeping everything on track with developer deadlines and KPIs.
- Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, and other key partners to keep communication flowing and progress seamless.
- Proactively update all parties-buyers, vendors, solicitors, advisors, developers-to maintain momentum and avoid delays.
- Liaise with third parties such as managing agents and local authorities to gather essential information and resolve chain-related matters.
- Prepare clear, accurate weekly Excel reports showing the status of each transaction.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, spot risks early, and take action to keep things moving.
- Resolve issues quickly by collaborating with solicitors and other stakeholders.
- Lead weekly and monthly pipeline reviews to forecast exchanges and manage expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and respond promptly to external queries.
- Support the wider team during busy periods to ensure deadlines are met.
Essential Skills & Experience
- You take pride in delivering outstanding service to clients and developers.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus confidence with IT systems (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly Organised: Able to juggle a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and stay calm under pressure.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Progressor, within an Estate Agency, or in a conveyancing environment.
- Familiarity with property terminology and the end-to-end sales process.
