R9 Recruiting are working on behalf of a leading heating company looking for a dependable Storeman to keep materials moving and engineers fully equipped.
About the Role
The Storeman will take ownership of the warehouse, manage stock, and make sure engineers always have the right parts at the right time.
Main Duties
* Organising and maintaining the warehouse
* Preparing materials for installation and service teams
* Checking, issuing, and replenishing van stock
* Ordering parts, consumables, and materials
* Monitoring stock levels and availability
* Completing van stock checks
* Delivering materials to sites and collecting returns
* Supporting engineers in stores or on-site when needed
* Keeping accurate stock records
What You'll Need
* Experience in stores, warehousing, or stock control
* Knowledge of plumbing/heating parts and fittings
* Confident identifying materials quickly
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
* Reliable, proactive, able to work independently
