Support Engineer / Up to £25k / Cambridge

TEC Partners are currently working with a really exciting business based in Cambridge who are looking to add an Support Engineer to their fast paced support centre to provide support to their software suite which is deployed at over 2400 sites across the globe.

Our client is looking for someone with an excellent focus on customer service with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

The following experience is essential for the role -

Experience with Windows
Polite telephone manner with great customer service focus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Helpdesk / Service Desk background
Proven ability to work by themselves or in a team

The following experience is desirable for the role -

Knowledge of MS Office
MS SQL experience
Incident Management
Call logging systems experience
MS Server exposure
Troubleshooting experience
