Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Housing Business Analyst in Swindon. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer mostly remote working with 1 day on site per month required.

The job:

• Process mapping AS IS and TO BE Business processes, including making changes, updates and amends
• Creating Use Case Descriptions for system functionality, linking these with the tables in the Solution Design
• Creating User Stories to support creation of Acceptance Criteria and Testing
• Matching system functionality to tasks within business processes
• Creating, updating and maintaining the processes work plan spreadsheet

The candidate:

• Experience of business analysis in housing is essential.
• Experience of NEC Housing Management system is desirable.
• Public sector experience is desirable
