We are currently recruiting experienced Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals living in their own homes across Telford and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding role where you will help service users maintain their independence while receiving high-quality care within the comfort of their own home.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 months' experience working in a domiciliary care role

*

Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle

*

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

*

Immediately available to start work

*

Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care

Key Responsibilities

*

Providing personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting

*

Assisting with medication prompts where required

*

Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition

*

Helping with light household tasks and domestic duties

*

Providing companionship and emotional support

*

Ensuring service users feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes
