Job Description/Qualifications:

Supporting classroom teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons
Leading small group activities and interventions to support student progress
Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs
Assisting with classroom management and behavior support
Experience working in a primary school setting preferred
Minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
