We are partnering with a well-established, multi-site care provider to recruit a Management Accountant to join the finance team on either a full time or part time basis. This is a high-impact role offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence decision-making across a complex operational environment.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of the finance function, supporting the delivery of accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and robust planning. You'll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, providing meaningful financial insight that drives performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Delivery of insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Partnering with operational stakeholders to improve financial understanding and control
- Assisting with audit processes and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Identifying opportunities for cost control and process improvement
- Contributing to the development of financial systems and reporting frameworks
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting background, ideally trained in practice
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate it into clear insights
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-site environment is advantageous but not essential
